Jared Zak - President
Jared has been involved in real estate, home maintenance, and property management for the last 20 years. In 2012 he successfully created and managed the residential property management department for the third largest real estate brokerage in the country. With growth and expansion of the division he was responsible for all residential property management operations in Ohio and Michigan. Prior to this experience he owned numerous successful companies that offered various home maintenance services. Based on his previous work experience, Jared saw a need for a company that could build long-lasting relationships with its clients that creates trust and offers a very high level of service centered around the upkeep and care of their homes.
Giuliana Dole - Marketing & Business Operations
Giuliana has been in graphic design and marketing for over twenty years and began specializing in real estate over the last six years. With extensive experience in social media management, Giuliana brings a light and professional style to our marketing that engages with our customers and creates an elite brand for Executive Home Management. Her experience in social media management has taken her all over the country managing art galleries, national real estate speakers, high end surf shops and rental management properties. In addition to marketing, Giuliana is in charge of keeping our business running smoothly on a day-to-day basis, overseeing all billing and operations.
Jill Wieder - Administration & Vendor Coordination
Jill has been in the customer service industry for 20+ years. Having owned two companies, she understands how to organize and implement tasks effectively so all of our customers receive services promptly and at their convenience. Jill's background includes business administration, team management, graphic design, problem solving, and excellent customer relations. Jill is active in her community, volunteering weekly for the last 4+ years at a local animal shelter. She lives locally with her husband, son, and Labrador retriever.
Amy Nair - Property Manager
Amy has been a licensed Real Estate agent for 17 years and a property manager for over 12, successfully managing over 200 units at a time. Amy is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of our property management department. With a background in math and the sciences, Amy also has a Masters degree in Special Education. She is an active grandmother who enjoys cooking and reading.
